The Finance Support Center (FSC) is dedicated to providing a high-level of service for most finance inquiries, including Workday Financials, the University’s financial management system, as well as finance transactions, operations, and training.
The FSC provides the following support:
- Most finance related questions including: invoice and payment status, supplier management, Workday Financials, tax forms 1042-S and 1099, and more.
- Business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- Multiple ways to contact the team, including telephone, email, and online inquiries.
- Post-call surveys, to improve customer service.
